Under the shared motif of the “dance of the soul,” Lin Gieh Wen and Chen Junxian construct two materially incompatible yet connected responses: a soft sculpture in which colour converges into a spiral, and a forged kinetic form recalling a stele. The film turns that difference into a dialogue between textile, metal, rotation and cultural memory, without reducing Indigenous identity to illustration. Works made in 2025 and presented at the Taiwan Indigenous Peoples Cultural Park; film published in 2026.
