Muhannad Shono — Towers of Infinite Horizons, Art Basel (2026)

A fallen, fragmented and suspended tower invites the body through a structure that once suggested domination. In Towers of Infinite Horizons, Muhannad Shono turns reclaimed foundry sand into an unstable seventeen-metre monolith.

The verticality of power gives way to a horizontal passage. This constructed ruin opens another relationship to architecture: entering its fractures rather than submitting to its authority.
